Frequently Asked Questions About Our Services and Consultation Fee

How much does an immigration consultation cost at NTC Immigration?

The initial immigration consultation fee is CDN $80.00. This fee covers the first professional consultation only.

What can I ask during my immigration consultation?

You may ask questions about permanent residence, Express Entry, Canadian Experience Class, BC PNP, OINP, work permits, LMIA applications, spousal sponsorship, Super Visa applications, status restoration, PR card renewal or another immigration concern.

Do I need to know which immigration program I want before booking?

No. Many people book because they are uncertain about the right immigration pathway. During the consultation, we examine your background and discuss programs that may be relevant to your circumstances.

Does the $80 consultation fee include application preparation?

No. The $80 fee covers the initial consultation. Application preparation, document review and professional representation are separate services. Any additional professional fees will be discussed with you before further work begins.

Are IRCC application fees included in the consultation fee?

No. Government processing fees and other possible expenses—such as biometrics, medical examinations, police certificates, translations or insurance—are separate from NTC Immigration’s professional fees.

Can NTC Immigration help if my work permit is expiring?

Yes. We can review the expiry date, your current status, employment circumstances and possible extension or permanent-residence options. Because immigration deadlines can be important, you should arrange a consultation as early as possible.

Can Canadian employers obtain help with an LMIA?

Yes. NTC Immigration assists Canadian employers with LMIA-related recruitment requirements, application forms, employer documents and communication with Service Canada.

Can you help with a refused immigration application?

We can review your refusal letter, previous forms and supporting documents. We can then discuss possible weaknesses and whether a new application or another available option may be appropriate.

Can I book a consultation if I am outside Canada?

Our current telephone and in-person consultation booking service is available only to clients who are inside Canada. Please do not submit a booking through the online appointment page if you are outside Canada.

Can an immigration consultant guarantee approval?

No. No immigration representative can guarantee approval. Final decisions are made by IRCC, ESDC, a provincial immigration authority or another responsible government department. Professional assistance can help you understand the requirements and present a complete, accurate and well-organized application.

How do I book my first consultation?

Use the Book Consultation button, pay the CDN $80 consultation fee according to the booking instructions and select your preferred date and time. NTC Immigration will confirm the appointment by email or telephone.
